# Shipping Policy for HC DTF Store

HC DTF Store delivers DTF prints, fashion designs, and related products across India. We work with courier partners to deliver your orders safely to your doorstep.

## 1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to most locations across India, including major cities, towns, and serviceable rural areas. Some remote locations may take longer to deliver or may not be serviceable. Delivery availability will depend on your pincode.

We do not offer in-store pickup at this time.

## 2. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery typically takes *5–7 business days* from the date your order is confirmed and dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

## 3. Failed Delivery

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your package, they may attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.

Please ensure that your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are correct when placing your order. Additional delivery charges may apply if a shipment needs to be resent due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability.

## 4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation. Any free-shipping offers will be subject to the terms mentioned on our website.

## 5. No Return and No Refund Policy

*All orders placed with HC DTF Store are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once an order has been confirmed.*

Please carefully review your order details, selected designs, sizes, quantities, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

By placing an order with HC DTF Store, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
